The Center for Community Wellness provides dental and mental/behavioral services to
thousands of families in Uvalde and surrounding counties. The Dental Center has one of the
two advanced laser equipment in the state of Texas. CHDI’s Dental Department works with
various entities throughout the community to ensure that special populations, such as children
under the age of five, elderly and veterans, receive vital prevention and treatment services.
